Message from University Registrar
It is my privilege to extend congratulations to the graduating class of 2022, you have accomplished another milestone in the midst of a global pandemic.
Well done!!! Coping with challenges arising from COVID-19 has not been easy. During this period, many activities were disrupted, you had to make adjustments to your learning experience as the pandemic brought uncertainties, navigating your way through the online sphere and dealing with instability of internet connection. With the resilience of a true UTech Knight, you persevered, kept your eyes of the prize and now join thousands of UTech, Jamaica graduates both locally and internationally who will make a positive impact in the world.
As you step out into the next phase of your lives, I encourage you to embrace challenges as you progress. Continue to seize opportunities to learn, grow, innovate, adapt and be resilient. Whatever you choose to do next, remember that learning is a lifelong journey. Be proud of your accomplishments and to always be guided by the core values of the University which will serve to guide you along your professional endeavours; Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Innovation and Team Spirit.
I wish you every success in your future endeavours, as you step out in confidence to distinguish yourselves as alumni of the University of Technology Jamaica.
Hearty congratulations to you all.
