The 2016 Health Professionals Conference registration fee will cover coffee break, lunch and conference materials.
Seven point five (7.5) CPE/CME/CE credits will be awarded to participants registered through the Pharmacy Council of Jamaica, The Nursing Council of Jamaica and Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine
Early Bird Registration will close on MONDAY, OCTOBER 14th, 2016 at 4:00pm. There will be no on site registration option for students.

October 22, 2016 OR on the day of the conference via cash/debit/credit card payment.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES FOR REGISTRATION (non-negotiable):
All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat. Requests received by October 14, 2016 will be given a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after October 14, 2016.
