During the presentation, Dr. Altreisha Foster- Bentho, PhD (right) presented a copy of her book titled, “Cake Therapy: How Baking Changed my Life” to Ms. Anthea Thompson, 3rd year Culinary Arts and Management student in the School of Hospitality and Tourism. Dr. Bentho-Foster described the book as “a labour of love” which has allowed her to share her story of success and express her authentic self. She encouraged the student to draw inspirations from the lessons in the book to guide her own journey.
