Each party and participant in disciplinary proceedings instituted by virtue of these regulations including, but not limited to, students and members of the various committees mentioned, namely the Academic Misconduct Inquiry Panel, the Aca- demic Board, the Special Appeals Committee and Council shall at all times, keep confidential any information of a confidential nature obtained in the course of such proceedings and shall not use or disclose such information except in accordance with the order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
