Summary of Teaching Experience at UTech, Ja. Started at UTech, Ja. in August 2008 teaching Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry and Biochemistry. Summary of Research Involved in research inareas suchas carbon nanotube mediatedmicroscale membrane extraction, microscale membrane extraction of trace contaminants, trace monitoring of new and emerging pollutants that led to the development of novel analytical techniques for water monitoring. This included the development of lab-on-a-chip device for monitoring trace level arsenic. This led to the award of grant funding of over US$30,000 by the United States Geological Survey andthe NewJersey Water Resources Research Institute (USGS/NJWRRI) and eventually a US Patent on Carbon Nanotube Mediated Membrane Extraction. I have also published number of peer-reviewed publications and presented at numerous conferences locally and internationally. Summary of Service I have served on numerous UTech Ja committees including Facilities Management Advisory Committee, Student Affairs Committee, Space Management Committee, UTech, Ja Press, Governance Committee and the Procurement Committee. I have also served on national committees/Boards such as the National Commission on Science andTechnology ,National InnovationAwards Committee,National Coordinating Committee for Science and Technology Month,South Africa-Jamaica Joint Committee on Science and Technology Cooperation, Nature Preservation Foundation Board of Directors, lnter-ministerialTaskforce on Safeguarding and Protecting Children in Sport, NEPA Game Birds Working Group and National Anti-Doping in Sport Compliance Committee.

Driving Development Dr. Damith Wickramanayake, FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND COMPUTING University of Technology, Jamaica ACADEMIC STAFF PROMOTIONS TO THE RANK OF PROFESSOR Professor Damith Wickramanayake has been lecturing at the tertiary level for over 30 years with full time service to the University of Technology, Jamaica in the Faculty of Engineering and Computer for over Twenty (20) years. Prof. Wickramanayake holds a Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University, USA, a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Bradford, UK and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Computing) from the UWI/Mico, Jamaica and a Certificate in Marketing & Sales from the University of West Indies, Jamaica. He was the Head of Department and Lecturer at the Mico University 's Computer Department. Prof. Wickramanayake briefly served as Head of School for the School of Computing in 2015. During his career, he has supervised several students at the undergraduate and graduate levels both locally and internationally. Prof. Wickramanayake has served as Senior Consultant in IT: Peat Marwick & Partners: Jamaica, Senior Consultant, at Faculty of Engineering at South Eastern University, Sri Lanka, Senior Consultant, CARICOM: Development of Regional Strategic & Action Plan ICT Services for CARI FORUM States, Consultant at Eastern University of Sri Lanka (where he trained academic staff on Moodie, and also setup the Moodie sever for the university) and Consultant at Mutual Security Bank, Jamaica. In 2014, he served his sabbatical leave at the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, Sri Lanoka where he played a lead role in the development of the Faculty of Computing. Also Prof Wickramanayake did his first sabbatical in his alma matter, University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka, in the faculty of Engineering. Prof. Wickramanayake is the author of a book chapter, presented at several conferences and has published extensively in high-ranking journals. In 2012, Prof. Wickramanayake was appointed to serve as member of the Scientific and Academic Publishing Co: for the International Journal of Energy Engineering, International Journal of Information Sciences International Journal of Education since and also currently serves as a Reviewer. In 2016, he served as a Reviewer for the Caribbean Educational Research Journal in the School of Education at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. He has chaired several international research conferences in his research field of interest. His research interests include Big Data, Relation Databases, NoSQL, Cloud Computing, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Super-capacitors for Electric Vehicles, and Blockchain.

The work was completed and gazetted by the government of Jamaica in March 2022. Prior to that, in 2021, she served as a member of the Standard Committee, BSJ for Pharmacy Technician Education with National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET). The work was completed in 2021. At the University of Technology, Jamaica, she served as the Chair of the UniversityProcurementCommittee,HeadofContinuingEducation& Professional Development,CoardinatorforGraduateStudies,ResearchandEntrepreneurship, COHS Ethics Committee, COHS Representative on the University Ethics Committee, BoardMember ofthe Faculty ofScience and Sports andResearch Coordinator, Research Tutor, and Supervisor for the COHS, College of Business and Management (COBAM) and the Joint Colleges of Medicine, Oral Health, and Veterinary Sciences. She has supervised more than 250 research projects and published more than 50 peer reviewed conference papers and applied research articles in peer reviewed impact journals on Dengue, Blood Groups, Hypertension, Type 2 Diabetes and Chikungunya Virus, Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) Stem Cells, Muscle Ageing, Marijuana, COVID-19 Virus, and Blood Donations. Other research collaborations include breastfeeding friendly workplace, introduction of pharmacists' prescribing to Jamaica. She is actively awaiting several additional research publications (in press) and continues to work on other research projects and consultancies involving health policy, public policy, ethics, stem cells, clinical laboratory sciences, education, and human resources management. Dr. Richards-Malcolm served as the Chairperson for the Caribbean Association of Medical Technologists (CASMET), Jamaica Branch from 2008 to 2018. Driving Development University of Technology, Jamaica ACADEMIC STAFF PROMOTIONS TO THE RANK OF SENIOR LECTURER Mrs. Anthonette Patterson-Bartley is a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, Nurse-Manager, Global Nursing Leader, Nurse Advocate, and Nurse Educator with over 28 years of professional nursing and nursing education experience. 20 of which included serving in a secondary healthcare facility, where she taught, managed and precepted. She joined the Caribbean School of Nursing in January 2015 and has served in various positions within the school, including Acting Head of School, Program Director, Module coordinator, and Chair of the COHS staff welfare committee. She has taught 13 modules across the Bachelor of Science degrees in nursing and Midwifery and has made guest lecture appearances in the area of social Psychology at external higher education institutions. Mrs. Patterson-Bartley has earned numerous academic accolades in nursing, including general nursing, midwifery, psychiatric nursing, nursing management/administration, psychology, bereavement counselling, item writing, and global nursing leadership. She is currently a student in the Doctor of Nursing Practice course of study. She has participated in research, supervised capstone projects, and is an abstract reviewer for the annual International Council of Nurses Conference. Driving Development University of Technology, Jamaica ACADEMIC STAFF PROMOTIONS TO THE RANK OF SENIOR LECTURER Mrs. Longman holds a Master of Philosophy in Zoology and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology (Honours) from the University of the West Indies, Mona. An activist for the use of diverse teaching strategies in the classroom she now hones this craft on the completion of her Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Training from the Vocational Training Development Institute. In the area of research, Mrs. Longman has published in the Caribbean Journal of Education on the effectiveness of NGO-led environmental programmes; and published a book chapter on the topic of Jamaica's biodiversity. In addition,shehasdeveloped a field guide that has had a major economic impact in the agriculture sector. She has also participated and presented at several environmental conferences. Mrs.Longman currently serves on several University committees, conducts community outreach projects throughthe Kiwanis Club of Papine and otherinstitutions and is an executive member on a School Board.

Clarke joined the University of Technology, Jamaica. In August 2005 in the School of Technical and Vocational Education (SOTAVE), Faculty of Education and Liberal Studies (FELS). She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies (Major with a Minor in Psychology with honours), both degrees were attained from the University of the West Indies. She also holds a diploma in Technical Education from University of Technology, formerly CAST. Mrs. Clarke delivers modules both at the graduate and undergraduate level and is currently the Programme Leader for the MSc in Workforce Training and Education where she is focused on increasing access and improved articulation with TVET institutions. She was also the former Programme Director for the Business & Computer Studies Specialization in the faculty. In that position she assisted in reviewing the course of study, and led in establishing collaborative partnership with industry and secondary schools in highlighting the importance of business education, as an engine of growth. She was also the option leader for the Administrative Management & Technology. Her research interests are in the areas of human capital development and workforce education and training and the impact of emerging technologies. Mrs. Clarke has been a member of several committee on behalf of and within the Faculty of Education and Liberal Studies over the years including the FSAC, examinations committee and the faculty board committee. Her professional presence includes; Ministry of Education Youth & Culture; trainer for the implementation of the National standards Committee (NSC), the Jamaica Teaching Council; the business education Master Teacher assessment Panel, external examiner for the Council of Community Colleges of Jamaica (CCCJ) and the Mico University College.
